What Slitz is

Slitz is operated by F.D.S., LTDA., Calle Noventa, Avenida Doce, Sabana Oeste, Mata Redonda, San Jose, Costa Rica (“we”, “us”).

Slitz is a streaming site for short, fictional romantic dramas for adults. Every drama, character, photo and clip on Slitz is AI-generated fiction. Using Slitz means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy; if you don't, please don't use it.

Adults only

Slitz contains sexual content. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult content where you live, and only where viewing it is legal. By entering Slitz you confirm both.

Where you can use Slitz

Slitz isn't available in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming, where state law requires adult sites to check every visitor's ID. Don't use Slitz from those places, and don't use a VPN or anything else to hide where you are in order to reach it.

Fictional AI characters

No real person was filmed or photographed to make anything on Slitz. Every character is computer-generated and is created and depicted as an adult, 18 or older. Slitz never shows, and does not allow, any content that depicts or suggests a minor, whatever a story's title or setting. Apart from the licensed AI twins below, any resemblance to a real person is unintended. See AI actors & records.

Licensed AI twins

Some characters are AI twins of real adult performers, made with their permission: Bonnie Blue, Mia Malkova, Riley Reid, Sophie Dee, Kittara, Sp00kybby, Darkangel666, softbunny_xo, Vesper.Viie. They are fictional characters: what they do in a story is fiction and is not a statement about the real performer.

Subject to contract Slitz-131-Candy, these are licensed AI twins and all under license.

Premium

The first episodes of every drama are free. Premium opens every episode for the time you buy (30 days, 90 days or a year), is a one-time payment by crypto or card and never renews. The details are in Billing & cancellation.

What you may not do

Slitz is for your personal viewing. You may not download, copy, record, re-upload, sell or share its dramas, photos or clips, scrape the site, get around the paywall, or share your Premium code with other people.

Who owns the content

The dramas, characters and artwork belong to Slitz or to the partners who license them to us. Using Slitz gives you a personal right to watch them here, and nothing more.

Reports and removals

If anything here looks like you or someone you know, seems to show a minor, or was made without consent, report it. No account is needed. We act on removal requests within 48 hours, and we may remove any content or close any account that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

Slitz is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Disputes — please read this part carefully

The law that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the US Federal Arbitration Act governs the agreement to arbitrate below. If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection laws can't be set aside by a contract — for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom — you keep those protections, and nothing in this section takes away your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Talk to us first. Most problems are quickly sorted out. Before starting a claim, contact us through the contact form (choose “Something else”), describe the problem and what you want, and give us 60 days to put it right.

Arbitration, not court. If we can't, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to Slitz or these terms will be settled by final, binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in English, and by video call or in writing unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. For a claim of US$10,000 or less, we will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees beyond what you would pay to file in court. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.

Exceptions. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction over it, and either of us may ask a court to stop the copying, re-uploading or other misuse of content or intellectual property.

No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or member of any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or give relief to anyone but the individual who brought the claim. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court — never to class arbitration. Where a claim is heard in court, you and we give up the right to a jury trial.

Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by telling us through the contact form (choose “Something else”), with the words “arbitration opt-out” and your Premium code or e-mail address. Opting out doesn't change anything else in these terms.

If the rules change. A later change to this section won't apply to a dispute that arose before it. If any part of this section can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version date above changes when we do, and using Slitz afterwards means you accept the new version. Questions: use the report page and choose “Something else”.
