Affiliate programme terms

01Who can join

To be a Slitz affiliate you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher);
• send only lawful traffic, and promote Slitz only to adults;
• promote adult content only in countries, on platforms and in places where it is legal and allowed by that platform’s own rules;
• give us true details when you sign up and keep your e-mail and payout wallet up to date. Verify your contact email before requesting a payout.

Campaigns and team recruitment require an approved account and an active team. We may decline or close any account at our discretion, for example if the traffic doesn’t fit the programme.

02Your commission

You earn a share of the net revenue Slitz actually receives from Premium purchases and renewals made by viewers you referred. Net revenue means the amount we receive after refunds, reversals and payment-network costs. Promo codes bought by affiliates are not revenue from a referred viewer.

Shares are set by Slitz for partners (currently up to 50%) and by each team leader for the sub-affiliates and creators in their team, never above the leader’s own share. A leader earns the difference between their share and their team member’s — for example, a partner on 50% with a creator on 30% earns 20% on the creator’s sales, and the creator earns 30%.

03Attribution — first touch, for life

A viewer belongs to the affiliate whose tracking link or promo code they used first. That stays true for the life of the viewer’s relationship with Slitz: every later Premium purchase or renewal they make earns that affiliate’s share. A later click on another affiliate’s link does not change it.

Our tracking records are final. If tracking is blocked or lost on a viewer’s device, we can’t credit a sale we can’t see.

04Promo codes

• Affiliates can buy Premium codes from 1 hour to 90 days at a discount (currently 50% off).
• Codes are non-refundable once bought, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
• Codes are for giving to your own audience. They may not be resold on marketplaces, auction sites, key shops or similar.
• Anyone who activates one of your codes becomes your referred viewer, on the terms above.

05Not allowed

The following will get commissions withheld and the account closed:

• Spam of any kind, including unsolicited e-mail, messages, comments or posts;
• targeting, or placing ads where they reach, anyone under 18;
• promoting Slitz to people in places where it isn’t available — Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming — including ads aimed at those states;
• misleading claims — about Slitz, its content, price or what viewers get — or fake “free Premium” offers;
• cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders that set tracking without a real visit, or any traffic from bots;
• brand bidding: search or social ads on “Slitz” or misspellings of it, and domains or accounts that pretend to be Slitz;
• self-referrals and fraud: buying Premium through your own links or codes to earn commission, stolen payment methods, or fake accounts;
• re-hosting, downloading or re-uploading Slitz videos, or using our actors’ likeness outside the materials we provide.

06E-mail campaigns

• Upload only lists of people who opted in to hear from you, and who you believe are adults. You confirm this every time you upload a list.
• Every campaign is reviewed by Slitz before anything is sent. We may change, pause or decline any campaign.
• Every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured straight away and for good.
• We send at most 100 e-mails a day per affiliate, so campaigns go out gradually.
• Don’t upload anyone who lives in a US state where Slitz isn’t available. If your list has a state or country column, anyone in those states is left out automatically.
• You’re responsible for having the right to e-mail the people on your list under the laws that apply to them.

07Payouts

• Payouts are made in USDC or USDT on Solana to the wallet you set in your dashboard. Please check the address — crypto transfers can’t be reversed.
• You can request a payout once your available balance is at least $50.
• Payouts are made by hand, usually within 48 hours of the request.
• Slitz may hold commissions while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and cancel commissions that come from it.
• You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

08Changes and termination

We may change these terms, shares, discounts or the minimum payout. We’ll show the current terms on this page, and changes apply from the day they’re published. If you keep promoting Slitz after a change, you accept it.

You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close an account at any time — straight away if these terms are broken. When an account closes in good standing, we pay out the confirmed available balance above the minimum; commissions from breaches of these terms are forfeited.

You’re an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Slitz, and you may not make promises on our behalf.
